PARKOUR: Nothing Can Stop Me Now...PARKOUR: Nothing Can Stop Me Now...

....well, at least that's the idea. Today I am attending my first Parkour class at The Athletic Playground in Oakland. I've known about Parkour for some time, but the stars are only now just aligning so that I may experience what the practice of this movement philosphy is about.

along a route, attempting to negotiate obstacles in the most efficient
way possible, as if moving in an emergency situation, using skills such
