My gracious hosts are Stefan of Groovehoops and his lovely fiance KJ. They have a fantastic apartment in downtown Manhattan, just three blocks from the World Trade Center site. The Tour de Hoop class is tonight in the Lower East Side, and will be the third workshop I've taught this week - it's been a full work load!

For full tour schedule, click here. We arrived in Seattle yesterday, for the 2010 celebration of World Hoop Day.  Rolling into town a few hours early, Onyx and I grabbed lunch at the Madison Market co-op, just up the street from the venue where class was held.

Today we journeyed from Bend, Oregon, approximately 190 miles further north to Portland. Starting at 7 a.m. we managed to quickly make our way to the intersection of Portland and winter - hello rain! I taught to a dozen or so enthusiastic hoopers of all levels. It is satisfying to share the Opening To Your Grace information with these students and friends,  and watch each of them harness the concepts and apply them to their movement.
